SPELLBINDER DIES

As of today, 25 April 2008, we have more stock in from Spellbinders. The only 'nestabilities' we don't have in is the 'petite circles'. Over the next couple of days I will attempt to put the new dies in the store. |

Unfortunately, I have been unable to continue with the 'Candlelit Kits', however, the exciting news for all of you scrapbookers is that another scrapper has shown some interest in buying the business and I'm sure she'll do a fantastic job and bring you some wonderful kits. POSTAGE |
I have attempted to make postage fair for everyone. The general cost is $8.50 for postage to anywhere in Australia. Postage also includes registered post as I would hate for any post to be lost and the cost not to be covered. If you don't want to pay the extra $2.00 for postage please let me know but, remember, that as soon as it leaves the post office it is no longer Fireside's responsibility anymore without registration. |

We are the first company in Australia to import and sell the Wizard die cutter, as well as, a number of accompanying Spellbinder dies. The Wizard is the only die cutter that cuts with any company's dies and both cuts and embosses with the Spellbinder dies. The difference between the Wizard and the Cuttlebug is that the Wizard is the only machine made completely from metal. Not only do the Spellbinder dies allow you to emboss but they can also be used as a template to colour with paint or chalk.
I have tried my best to keep my prices low and affordable. Please know that if I get any discounts from suppliers I will do my best to pass the saving on to my customers.

Refund Policy: If purchased products arrive damaged please return them to Fireside Crafts at PO Box 108, Red Hill South, 3937 and a full refund of your purchase and postage will be provided.
Privacy Policy: All email and personal addresses will be kept strictly confidential and not sold to any other interested party, such as, for the purpose of spam or advertising.
Export Restrictions: Goods will only be sold within Australia or New Zealand.
Security Policy: We provide a secure checkout for payments through the use of Westpac Banking Corporation (128-bit SSL encryption).
Shipping Policy: Goods will be sent via registered post through Australia Post. We have a flat rate of $8.50, which includes the cost of registered post. Purchased goods will be shipped within 2 weeks unless they on back order. If there is to be a delay in postage we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Customer Service Policy: In cases where a backorder is involved we will communicate with you via email within three business days and provide you with the choice of waiting a little longer or recieving a full refund.
